The first picture is the dessert the Erdman Dining Hall at Bryn Mawr College served on Tuesday the 9th of July. It was a oreo ice cream cake. It had three layers, first a cookie crumb crust, then oreo ice cream, and finally whipped cream., It was amazing, except for there was too much whipped cream and it’s texture was grainy. I rate it 6/10. The second picture speaks for itself. It’s cheesecake! At a college dining hall! I’ve clearly been here too long, because this was very exciting to me. It was vanilla cheesecake with graham cracker crust and caramel sauce on top. It was no where near the cheesecake you could get from Junior’s in New York City, but it was rich while not being too sweet. I rate it a 7/10.
